Access is delivered online through your registered account at https://connect.monknext.com/. Paid features activate after the server verifies a successful payment for the relevant subscription. A payment-authorisation or mandate confirmation alone is not proof of paid activation. If a payment is debited but access remains unavailable, refresh Billing status and contact contact@monkflow.com with your payment reference before paying again.
