We process account and profile information you provide, including your email, business details and service catalog. Your workspace stores contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, event information, discussion notes, service interests and follow-up records that you choose to save. We also process subscription and payment references and statuses needed to administer access. Hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata and error logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Visiting-card OCR and contact-QR reading are performed in your browser in the current release. The app does not upload or store the original card image as part of contact saving. Extracted fields are sent to the server when you save them. Browser permissions control camera access. The app uses a session cookie for sign-in and browser local storage for drafts and queued saves; sensitive workspace data may remain on that device. Use a trusted device and clear site data when appropriate, after ensuring pending changes have been saved.
We use workspace data to provide contact management and follow-up functions, authenticate accounts, administer subscriptions, resolve support enquiries and protect the service. Private discussion notes are excluded from generated outgoing message drafts. When you choose to open WhatsApp, selected contact information and message text are passed to that service; review the draft before sending.
Hostinger provides hosting infrastructure. Razorpay processes payments and recurring-payment authorisations under its own privacy terms. MonkNext does not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. The marketing website requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives request information when those resources load. The current marketing site does not include advertising analytics or tracking pixels. Third-party websites linked from the service have separate privacy practices.
We restrict access to workspace information for service operation, support and security. No system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell your workspace contacts or use them for our own marketing campaigns. Data may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect legal rights.
Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your contacts. Contact support to request account closure, correction or deletion; identity verification may be required. You can export existing contacts through the app. Information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes; backup copies may persist until normal backup rotation. No immediate automated erasure or fixed backup-deletion period is promised in the current release. Tell us if you need details about a particular retention request.
If you receive a message from a MonkNext user and want your details corrected or removed, contact that business first; you can also contact our support team about platform misuse. Do not add unnecessary sensitive personal information about your contacts. This service is intended for business use. Changes to this policy will be dated on this page.
