Do I need to download an app?+
No. MonkNext is a mobile-friendly web app. Open connect.monknext.com in your phone or computer’s browser and sign in.
Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?+
No. MonkNext prepares an editable message using the services and links you choose. You review it, open WhatsApp and press Send yourself. Private discussion notes are excluded from the draft.
Can I use my own services and branding?+
Yes. Add your name and business, then create your service catalog with descriptions, websites, videos and social links. Your follow-ups use your information.
Does it work with Bigin or Zoho?+
You can export contacts as CSV and import them into your CRM, including Bigin or Zoho. Direct CRM sync is not connected in the current release.
Will it remind me when the app is closed?+
Follow-up dates appear inside MonkNext when you use it. Background push notifications, automated email and drip campaigns are not enabled in this release.
What happens if my subscription expires?+
Your existing contacts remain available to read and export. An active subscription is required to save new contacts, events and follow-up updates. You can cancel future renewal from Billing.
